This media converter is covered by a carry-in warranty for a period of either 12 months or 36 months, depending on the specific model or purchase agreement.

During the warranty period, the product is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises within the applicable warranty term, the customer may return the unit to our company for inspection and repair. All transportation and handling costs associated with the carry-in process to our company are the responsibility of the customer during the warranty period.
